Favorable Judgment Given in Easement Dispute

Attorney Matt Craft recently obtained a favorable judgment in Winneshiek County involving two neighboring farmers and a disputed driveway. The opposing party cut off access to a driveway on his farmland that the neighboring farmer used to access a real estate parcel that he owned. Craft argued that his client had an easement by implication and a right to continue use of the driveway. The Court agreed and also further ordered the opposing party to cease blocking of the driveway
