Michael Young receives 2016 Citizen of Character Award

Michael Young was a co-recipient of the 2016 Citizen of Character Award from the Cedar Valley Character Counts Committee, along with former State Sen. Pat Harper.  The annual Citizen of Character Award is presented to a Cedar Valley adult whose actions demonstrate a continuous commitment to good character.
